Cancellation Policy
To ensure optimal service and availability for all clients, it is kindly requested that you provide a minimum of 36 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 36 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 75% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. In the event of same day cancellations, or no shows, a fee of 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to your account.
